BizTalk / .NET / Dynamics CRM Developer

Participated in the successful roll out of a new heavily customised Dynamics CRM system across the company. Primarily my role was to integrate the CRM with existing systems, such as Sage, using Microsoft BizTalk server although I also participated in almost every aspect of development within the CRM including plugin development, JavaScript, Silverlight controls, developing WCF services and the customisation of entities within the CRM.

Using BizTalk I designed and implemented a fully sequenced fault tolerant delivery mechanism to ensure various other 3rd party systems were kept updated with the correct data from the CRM and that updates were applied to the other systems in the same order they occurred in the CRM.

Currently I am involved in designing new BizTalk processes as required by the business and developing new .NET applications or providing bug fixes to existing code.

Crystal Reports Developer

Developing Crystal Reports for Healthcare At Homes customers and for internal use based on healthcare and logistics data from a variety of internal database systems.

I am responsible for for the full development process of the reporting from gathering the inital requirements to delivering the reports to the customers and internal requestors. I am developing the reports in Crystal Designer 9 and 10 and deploying them on a mixture of Crystal Enterprise XI and Crystal using both the web based and folder and e-mail delivery channels.

Managed the day to day ( 24x7 ) operation of 3 Aspect ACD systems covering 3 sites and providing telephony for up to 400 analysts and 150 clients.
